  • Q: Where does GUESS? Online accept orders from?

    A: We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Q: Can I use Live Chat to place an order?

    A: For quality assurance purposes, chat session transcripts are retained and monitored. For your protection and security, we do not take orders via chat or email. Customer Care representatives will not request your credit card number or any other sensitive information via chat or email.   • Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?

    A: If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your GUESS order tracking number.

  • Q: Can I make changes to my online order?

    A: Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

  • Q: When is my order shipped?

    A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

  • Q: How can I track the status of my order?

    A: Your GUESS tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at GUESS Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your GUESS tracking number.
    NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

  • Q: How do I place a gift order?

    A: When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.

  • Q: Can I purchase or redeem a GUESS Gift Card online?

    A: If you're interested in purchasing a Gift Card, please click here. Gift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the Gift Card and PIN numbers during checkout. If you'd like to check your balance, please click here.
    NOTE: When using a gift card, please do not discard it after use. If you choose to return any of the merchandise purchased with it, the value of the merchandise will be credited back onto your gift card.

  • Q: What if I place an order and GUESS doesn't have the item in stock?

    A: While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

  • Q: How should I care for my GUESS products?

    A: To fully enjoy your new GUESS products, make sure you read the item's label and follow the care instructions. Here are a few more tips for keeping your items looking their very best.

    For Dark Denims: Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the water when you wash your jeans for the very first time. This helps to set the dark dye in the fabric. Always wash denim inside out, zipper up, to prevent excess wear and delay fading.

    For Ribbed Knits: To maintain an item's original shape, wash it in cold water and dry flat. To shrink the item, wash in warm water and dry in hot air.

    For Silk Screened Items: Wash items inside out, and lay flat to dry or dry using cool air. Use fabric softener to keep the items soft.

    For Items Decorated With Rhinestones Or Glitter: Follow the same instructions for Silk Screened items.

  • Q: Is there a limit on how many watches I can order?

    A: Yes, you may purchase up to 10 units of the same watch per transaction on GUESS.com. Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale; we enforce this policy by limiting online watch purchases to 10 of each watch style per order. Watch orders exceeding this limitation will be canceled.

  • Price Adjustment Policy

    As a courtesy, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is reduced within 14 days from the purchase date. Simply call Customer Care at 1-877-44-Guess (1-877-44-8377) or click here to send an email request for reimbursement of the price difference. Price adjustments will only be honored on items purchased at the full retail price, and will be credited back in the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale, promo, clearance or which are otherwise excluded by GUESS, in its sole discretion, do not qualify for price adjustments. Not applicable to Gift Card purchases or where prohibited by law.
