RETURN POLICY
Q: Not exactly what you wanted?
A: While we take pride in every GUESS product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. GUESS.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry are final sales. Sale merchandise may only be returned to a store for an exchange.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The only exception to this are returns made to a store that were purchased online through PayPal or Bill Me Later®. These returns must be refunded via a gift card or store credit. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to GUESS.com along with your online gift receipt. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online or at any GUESS store. Click here for our return address.

GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Orders placed through Amazon.com can only be returned to the distribution center by following the mailing instructions on the back of your invoice.


RETURNS TO A STORE, BY MAIL, & EXPRESS EXCHANGES

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from GUESS.com?
A: Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:

1. Return To A Store

Returning has never been easier. Simply bring the item(s), along with your original receipt, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order, to any GUESS retail store. You will be refunded the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes. Returns made to a store that was purchased online through PayPal or Bill Me Later® will be refunded via a gift card or store credit. Please note shipping charges are not refunded. Use our Store Locator to find the closest GUESS store.

2. Return By Mail

Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from GUESS.com. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

Refunds are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

3. Express Exchange

Simply call this toll-free number: 1-877-44-GUESS, and order your replacement merchandise via Express Exchange. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no extra charge for shipping and handling. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for your returned merchandise upon receipt.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT
Q: What if I need to make a return, but I've lost my original receipt?
A: If you wish to return your item to GUESS.com, simply include a note along with your order that includes your order number and your full name (you can find the order number on the order confirmation email you originally received or if you were a registered GUESS.com shopper at the time by logging in to your GUESS.com account and viewing your order history). If you wish to return your item to a store, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or lesser value. GIFT RETURNS
Q: How do I return an item I received as a gift?
A: To return an item you received as a gift, you must first reference where the item was purchased:

1. If the gift was purchased online: Send it back to GUESS.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a gift card redeemable online or at any GUESS store. IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive a gift card in the mail upon return, please note your request on the back of the online gift receipt, otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase. You may also return a GUESS.com item to a GUESS store. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to a GUESS store.

2. If the gift was purchased in a GUESS Store: Return it to a GUESS store, along with your gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase. If your item was not purchased online, you may not return it to GUESS.com. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to a GUESS retail store.

3. If the gift was purchased at a retailer other than GUESS: The merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
