For easy in-store returns: All terms in the “What is Returnable” section above apply.  Please note: Each of our brands may only be returned to their respective stores (e.g. shop.guess.com products are accepted only at GUESS or GUESS Accessories stores, Marciano.com products are accepted only at GUESS by Marciano stores, etc.). Bring your merchandise along with your original receipt, photo ID, and the credit card used when you placed your order (if applicable) to the retail store location nearest you. Subject to the requirements above, we may issue you credit in the original form of payment (except for PayPal® or Bill me Later® purchases) for returns of full-priced merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase date. PayPal® or Bill me Later® purchases can be returned for a merchandise return card only.  Certain restrictions may apply. Please note shipping charges are not refunded. A Note on Offers, Sales, Promotions and Discounts:  

Unless otherwise stated, prices on full price, sale and promotional items cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotions or discounts. Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles. Quantities are limited; no rain checks will be issued. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. GUESS?, Inc. reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue any offer, sale, promotion or discount at any time without notice.

 

BILLING PROCESS

Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
A: GUESS Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL and GUESS GIFT CARDS. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. GUESS reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Q: If I don't already have a PayPal account, how can I get one to use on GUESS.com?
A: You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at GUESS.com.

SALES TAX

Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A: GUESS is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to most states.

Taxed states include: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped to arrive within 5-7 Business Days. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing. During peak holiday periods, orders can take a little longer to process and ship. For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 5:00pm Eastern time to guarantee that your order is processed same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?
A: No. We can no longer ship to P.O. Boxes. However, orders shipped to A.P.O. or F.P.O., boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Q: Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
A: At this time, GUESS Online can only ship orders to addresses located within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS (unless the Next Day or 2nd Day Air option is chosen), and may take 7-14 days for ground delivery. Canadian customers, please visit GUESS.ca.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
A: If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by phone at 1-877-44-GUESS (48377).
