While we take pride in all of our GUESS products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS, GUESS kids, GUESS Factory and G by GUESS merchandise for up to 30 days after the shipment date and Marciano merchandise for up to 14 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method except for purchases made with a GUESS gift card. GUESS gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, fragrances, lotions and items marked “final sale” on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable. Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Swimwear and GUESS Kids merchandise are not returnable in stores and can only be returned by mail. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. During the holiday season, refunds will be processed within 15 business days after item(s) are received.
GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

RETURN BY MAIL
The above Online Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns made by mail. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from GUESS.com. If your item came from a GUESS retail store, it must be returned to a store.

If you already have an account with us, simply log in and select the RETURN option in your order history. If you are returning a gift or don’t have an account, you can locate your order with your order number. Follow the instructions to start your return process.
||Print the Return Authorization Form & Shipping Label
Enclose your Return Authorization form in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may be issued multiple shipping labels and Return Authorization forms. The return shipping fee for each shipping label used ($6.95) will be deducted from your refund. We suggest consolidating your return by using only one of the shipping labels and enclosing all printed Return Authorization forms into the package. If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since GUESS is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
||Packing & Courier Service
Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels and UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest US Post Office location. You may also leave it in your mailbox for local postal carrier pickup.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item’s extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
RETURN TO STORE
The above Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns to store. Returns to store are also subject to our store return and exchange policy. Each of our brands may only be returned to their respective stores. For example, you can only return a Marciano item to a Marciano store. Certain exceptions apply.

||Bring your eligible merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice, a photo ID and the credit card used when you placed your order (if applicable).
The easiest way to make an exchange is by visiting your nearest store location. If you wish to make an exchange by mail, simply give us a call at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377). One of our friendly Customer Care agents will help you place a replacement order that will ship for free. Please note that you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
If you received a gift that was purchased online, you can return it by mail or to a GUESS store location closest to you. To return by mail, visit our online Return Center and enter your order number to start your return process. Returns to a store are subject to store return and exchange policy.
RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT
If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original invoice/packing slip, simply reprint a copy of your original invoice/packing slip by logging into your GUESS.com account. Click on Online Order History then View Invoice to download a printer-friendly PDF version of your invoice to your browser.
